SINGAPORE (ICIS)–Asia’s ethylene (C2) market saw tighter supply from deep-sea origins and some restocking in January, ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday in February.

Downstream polyvinyl chloride (PVC) demand was steady but buyers in some regions such as India were resistant to higher February offers.
